Here at Pesuland our business is projects; we are familiar with the project process, terminology, tools and techniques but we appreciate that often clients do not have this knowledge. Successful projects benefit from the whole team (contractors & clients) understanding each other and able to communicate effectively using common terminology, tools and processes. 

Furthermore the future operation of a new line, plant, site or facility needs careful thought and planning alongside the planning for the building of the new facility itself. Who will operate this new facility? What skills do they need? What training do they need?
